Welcome!
We are committed to the rescue and rehabilitation of mistreated, abandoned, sick or injured animals (mainly cats for now). We are volunteers working together to make a difference to feline lives.
Our focus is on the neighbourhoods of Newham, Tower Hamlets, Hackney, Essex, Harold Hill and Havering. If you live in a different area, please look up your nearest RSPCA branch here.
Please understand that we do not provide funding to the owners for their vet bills. We support the C4 scheme that provides low cost neutering and microchipping if you meet certain criteria - you can find out more below. Due to limited capacity of our volunteers, we may not respond to emails requesting funding.
Reporting an Animal Cruelty case
If you wish to report a case of animal cruelty please read the relevant information here first.
If you are still concerned or cannot find the information you need, please contact the National Control Centre on 0300 1234 999.
The call will cost the same as any call to a UK landline number.

Get your cat neutered through the C4 Scheme
The C4 (Capital Cat Care Campaign) is the jointly funded neutering and microchipping programme for cats in the London region. The scheme enables cat owners who live inside the M25 ring and receive qualifying benefits or low incomes the opportunity to have their cats neutered and microchipped for £10 via its network of partner vets in London.
The C4 neutering and chipping scheme is running in 2025; it has over 75 veterinary practices offering the scheme within the M25 area. If you are a cat owner, you can find out more about the scheme here.
